Standards for Housing

Exclusion of Certain Offenses:
Individuals with Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC) or Domestic Violence cases are not eligible for placement.
Substance Use History:
Clients with a history of substance abuse must attend weekly NA/AA classes.
Urine Analysis Requirement:
Monthly urine analysis is mandatory.
After three failed drug tests (excluding marijuana), the client will be expelled from the program.

Graduated Rent Subsidy:
First 3 Months: Rent is fully subsidized by state government funding.
Next 3 Months: Residents pay 50% of rent, subsidized by donor contributions.
Subsequent 18 Months: Standard market rent applies.

Mandatory Classes:
Residents must attend one in-house class per week and one external group class.
Employment Obligation:
Residents are required to secure a job within three months of moving in.

Guest Policy:
Only one overnight guest is allowed at a time.
Guests cannot disrupt other residents or stay for more than two consecutive days
2. Community Conduct:
Residents must adhere to house rules and participate actively in creating a respectful and supportive living environment.
