The Adolescent Redemptive & Restorative Program (TARRP)

The Adolescent Redemptive & Restorative Program (TARRP) is designed to reduce recidivism and address the root causes of behavior.  TARRP uses evidence-based practices to empower young people, promote accountability and foster personal growth by providing meaningful interventions and services at critical times of their lives.

  • Program Goals

    1. Reduce Recidivism: Equip youth with tools and resources to avoid future involvement in the justice system.

    2. Promote Accountability: Encourage participants to take responsibility for their actions while repairing harm.

    3. Build Life Skills: Provide opportunities for personal development and growth.

    4. Strengthen Communities: Foster collaboration among families, schools, and community organizations to create a supportive environment for youth.

    5. Ensure Equity: Address systemic disparities by offering culturally responsive services to underserved populations.

TARRP is committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of young people by redirecting them from paths of adversity to opportunities for success. Through a combination of innovative programming, compassionate leadership, and community engagement, TARRP transforms lives while contributing to a more equitable and just society.

  • Our mission is to create a safer, more empathetic society by offering trauma-informed, community-based interventions that enable youth to overcome challenges and thrive. We believe that redemption and restoration are possible for every young person, regardless of their circumstances.

  • All youth in our community are supported in making choices that help them build a foundation for a positive future away from the justice system.
