Join Our Board of Directors 

We are seeking passionate, committed individuals to serve on our Board of Directors. This is an exciting opportunity to use your voice, experience, and leadership to shape the future of our organization. 

Who We’re Looking For 

We are dedicated to centering the voices of those most directly affected by the justice system. Therefore, all board members must be justice-impacted. Your lived experience, insights, and leadership are essential to guiding our mission and vision. 

Responsibilities 

As a board member, you will: 

• Provide governance and oversight to ensure our mission is upheld 

• Share your expertise and lived experience to strengthen programs and advocacy 

• Participate actively in board discussions, committees, and strategic planning 

• Support fundraising, community engagement, and organizational visibility 

Time Commitment 

• Virtual Meetings: via Zoom or similar platform 

• In-Person Meetings: Twice a year (travel support may be available) 

• Approx. 1–3 hours per month for meetings, preparation, and engagement
