  • Reduce Recidivism: Equip individuals with tools and resources to avoid future involvement in the justice system.

Promote Accountability: Encourage participants to take responsibility for their actions while repairing harm.

Build Life Skills: Provide opportunities for personal development and growth.

Strengthen Communities: Foster collaboration among families, schools, and community organizations to create a supportive environment.

Ensure Equity: Address systemic disparities by offering culturally responsive services to underserved populations.

  • Our mission is to create a safer, more empathetic society by offering trauma-informed, community-based interventions that enable individuals to overcome challenges and thrive. We believe that redemption and restoration are possible for every person, regardless of their circumstances.

  • All justice impacted indivduals in our community are supported in making choices that help them build a foundation for a positive future away from the justice system.

The Adolescent Redemptive & Restorative Program (TARRP) is designed to reduce recidivism and address the root causes of behavior.  TARRP uses evidence-based practices to empower individuals, promote accountability and foster personal growth by providing meaningful interventions and services.
